I had to pause

Friends, I am excited about several leadership posts that I had planned to send soon. Unfortunately, I have had a bad asthma flare up that has left me drained. I was unexpectedly exposed to concrete construction dust early in April and it has really hit me hard. Working with my specialist to get this under control. I feel exhausted and that makes it hard for me to write. I hope you understand.

Meanwhile, let me give you this preview. I plan to write about my favorite leadership assessment tool and how to use it to become a more effective leader. Alone with the articles, I am going to offer a questionnaire to you and then a way to follow up with the application for your setting directly with me.
